  1. CBSE Board has launched ‘Pariksha Sangam’ portal to connect students, school regional offices and CBSE board headquarters to integrate examination-related processes.
      • This will be a single window to make the board examination results, sample papers, and other details available.
      • The portal is divided into three parts, namely- Schools (Ganga), Regional Offices (Yamuna) and Head Office (Saraswati).
  2. Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications has signed an agreement with Indian Telephone Industries (ITI) Ltd and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to fund the pilot projects of E-band, LTE indigenous technologies including integration of 4G/5G prototypes with C-DoT core.
      • The projects are run under the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF).
      • USOF is funding 4 pilot projects each of around Rs 10 Crore enabling the development and hardening of these technologies.
  3. NITI Aayog has released the ‘Mitigation and Management of COVID-19: Compendium of Ayush-Based Practices from Indian States and Union Territories’.
      • It is a compendium of Ayush-based practices from States and Union territories detailing information about various Ayush-based initiatives and practices adopted by the States and Union territories in India for containing and managing the COVID-19 outbreak.
  4. Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, inaugurated the Digital India Week, 2022 at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
      • An integral part of the Digital India Week is the grand expo-“Digital Mela” which has more than 200 Stalls showcasing Digital India solutions for facilitating “Ease of Living”.
      • ‘Digital India Bhashini’ was launched to enable easy access to internet and digital services in vernacular languages.
  5. Railway Protection Force (RPF) is operating under its “Operation NARCOS” to recover narcotics products of worth Rs. 7.40 crores.
