Bank of Baroda Raises ₹10,000 Crore Through Green Infrastructure Bonds
- What: Bank of Baroda (BoB) raised ₹10,000 crore by issuing long-term green infrastructure bonds, becoming the first bank in India to issue such bonds domestically to finance renewable energy and environmentally sustainable infrastructure projects.

India Remains Second-Largest Arms Importer: SIPRI Report
- What: Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) reported that India remained the world’s second-largest importer of major arms during 2021-2025 with an 8.2% global share, while dependence on Russian arms declined due to increasing indigenous defence production.

- Russia’s share in India’s arms imports declined from 70% in 2011–2015 to 40% in 2021–2025, while France’s share increased to 29% and Israel’s share increased to 15%.
