   • The cafe is entirely managed by individuals with disabilities, including people who are visually impaired, have cerebral palsy, and are paraplegic.
   • ‘Mitti Cafe’ has already established 38 outlets in various parts of the country.

4. RBI has allowed NRIs to buy Sovereign Green Bonds without any restrictions in 2023-24.
   • RBI has decided to designates all Sovereign Green Bonds issued in 2023-24 as ‘specified securities’ under the Fully Accessible Route (FAR).
   • The directions are effective with immediate effect.
   • Government will borrow ₹20,000 crore through Green Bond in current financial year.

1. World Health Organization (WHO) and International Labour Organization (ILO) have jointly released research in journal ‘Environment International’ on serious workplace hazard.
   • Key findings–
     • Approximately 1 in 3 non-melanoma skin cancer death are related to occupational sun exposure
     • 6 billion people of working age (15 years or older) were exposed to solar ultraviolet radiation while working outdoors in 2019, equivalent to 28% of all working-age people.
     • Almost 19,000 people from 183 countries died from non-melanoma skin cancer due to having worked outdoors in the sun
     • Majority (65%) were male

   • Some of the expected outcomes of the collaboration:
     • Improved capacity and ability of State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLM) teams to promote the graduation of seasoned SHG members into micro-entrepreneurs
     • Establishment of a reliable and sensitive support architecture for women-led enterprises, involving a network of field cadres, mentors, and experts
     • Implementation of standardized protocols within DAY-NRLM to support women-led enterprises
     • Formation of partnerships with financial institutions and a network of financiers
