        • Brokers and clearing members are required to ensure that the overnight schemes invest solely in government bonds, overnight repo markets, and overnight Tri-party Repo Dealing and Settlement (TREPS).
        • Units of Mutual Fund Overnight Schemes (MFOS) must be in dematerialized (demat) form and pledged with a clearing corporation at all times.

        • Payment requests from clients to release funds during the day should be processed on or before the next settlement day.
