        • Intermediaries are instructed to upload FATCA and CRS certifications from clients to KRAs’ systems starting July 1.
        • Existing certifications pre-July 1 has to be uploaded within 90 days.
        • Responsibility for obtaining and reporting certifications lies with the intermediaries.
        • Intermediaries must confirm reasonableness of certifications based on account opening information and update self-certifications when client-reported changes occur.
        • KRAs required to develop mechanisms and uniform internal guidelines in consultation with SEBI.
