Tejaswini Scheme

SIWI organization has observed the World Water Week from Aug 25 to 30 under the theme of “Water for Society – Including All”.
•Dr Jackie King received the 2019 Stockholm Water Prize during the conference for her contributions to global river management.
•Mission Paani (initiated by News18 and Reckitt Benckiser owned Harpic, along with Amitabh Bachchan) was also launched at the global level during the conference held in Stockholm, Sweden.

Financial Stability Report (FSR) 2018

Financial Stability is a condition in which the three components of the financial system – financial institutions, financial markets and financial infrastructure are stable. It means that if a financial system is capable to speed up the real economic activities smoothly and is capable of mitigating financial imbalances arising from internal and external socks, is marked as financially stable.

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY)

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) was launched in 2016.
It is a Union Government’s second Income Disclosure Scheme (IDS) to allow tax evaders to come clean with unaccounted wealth valid from December 16, 2016 to March 31, 2017,
It provides for 50 percent tax and surcharge on declarations of unaccounted cash deposited in banks.

Gold Monetisation Scheme (GMS)

Gold Monetisation Scheme was launched in 2015.
It is a gold savings account which will earn interest for the gold that you deposit in it.
Deposited gold can be in any physical form – jewellery, coins or bars.

Stand-Up India Scheme

Stand-Up India Scheme was launched in 2016 by the Ministry of Finance.
This Scheme is for financing SC/ST and /or Women Entrepreneurs.
In the case of non-individual enterprises, at least 51% of the shareholding and controlling stake should be held by either an SC/ST and Woman Entrepreneur.
